![]() If the pay drawn in the previous scale is less than the minimum of the revised scale then the pay in the revised scale may be fixed at the minimum.If the pay drawn in the previous scale is not a stage, then the pay in the revised scale may be fixed at the next lower stage, the difference being treated as personal pay to be absorbed in future increase in pay.Next increment will be given on the normal increment date of the old scale.
